1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement," "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and gpreya ("gpreya," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at gpreya.net. By creating an account, accessing any service, or placing any wager on the gpreya platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease your use of the gpreya platform and close your account. Continued use of gpreya following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as published on the gpreya website.

These Terms are published in the English language. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail. gpreya serves players throughout the Philippines, including Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, and other regions, and these Terms are designed to comply with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR-aligned online gaming regulations.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the gpreya platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines, and gpreya enforces this requirement strictly.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is lawful for residents, and you are not accessing gpreya from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of gpreya or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or otherwise permanently excluded from the gpreya platform or any related gaming platform operated by gpreya's affiliates.
• You are of sound mind and are not using gpreya funds that are required for personal or family living expenses.

gpreya reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close an account pending verification where eligibility is unclear or disputed. The burden of proof of eligibility rests solely with the player.

3. Account Registration

To access the full suite of gpreya services, you must register a personal player account. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of gpreya accounts:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the gpreya platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts detected by gpreya's systems will be closed without notice, and all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals associated with those accounts will be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep your account information current at all times. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your Philippine government-issued identification, your date of birth, your current residential address, and a valid email address you control. gpreya will not be held responsible for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gpreya account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. gpreya strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility until you report a suspected compromise to gpreya's support team.

3.4 Account Transfers

gpreya accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any credits, winnings, or bonuses associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

gpreya operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") program in line with the anti-money laundering (AML) and player protection obligations applicable to PAGCOR-aligned online gaming operators serving the Philippines market. KYC verification is mandatory before gpreya processes any withdrawal request.

Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID, SSS ID, PRC ID, Voter's ID)
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government document issued within the last three months)

gpreya reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the player relationship — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or where gpreya suspects unusual account activity. Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may lead to account closure in accordance with applicable regulations.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

gpreya accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed on the gpreya cashier page and are subject to change. All deposits must originate from a payment account in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

gpreya does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. gpreya is not responsible for any delays caused by external payment providers including GCash, Maya, or Philippine banking networks.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. gpreya processes withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya typically within a few minutes to several hours during normal operating conditions, though processing times may vary depending on volume and platform maintenance windows. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take longer to process depending on the receiving bank's internal processing times.

gpreya reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to any withdrawal request above certain threshold amounts, which may extend the processing timeline. Players will be notified if additional verification is required before a withdrawal can be released.

5.3 Currency

All gpreya player accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All displayed balances, wagers, wins, bonuses, and transaction records on the gpreya platform are shown in PHP unless otherwise stated.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

gpreya maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Deposited funds must be used for genuine gaming activity. Players who deposit funds without engaging in substantive wagering activity prior to requesting a withdrawal may be subject to investigation, and their withdrawal may be declined pending review. gpreya is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

gpreya offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion as published on the gpreya promotions page, in addition to the following general bonus rules:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, and eligible games are stated on each individual promotion's terms page.
• One Bonus Per Household: Where a promotion is designated as a welcome or new-player bonus, it is available to one account per household address and per IP address. gpreya reserves the right to decline bonus claims where abuse is suspected.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum single-bet limit applies. Placing bets that exceed this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Specific maximum bet limits are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date by which wagering requirements must be met. Expired bonus funds and any associated pending winnings are removed from the account automatically.
• gpreya's Discretion: gpreya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. If gpreya suspects a player is exploiting bonus offers — including through bonus abuse, arbitrage, or collusion — it may void the bonus, withhold related winnings, and close the account.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games available on the gpreya platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, fishing games, and table games — are governed by the rules of the respective game as supplied by the game provider. In the event of a discrepancy between information displayed on the gpreya interface and the game provider's rules, the game provider's rules shall take precedence.

gpreya's slot and RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. All published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided by the relevant game provider and represent statistical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds — they do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or interruption during a game round, the result at the time of the malfunction will be determined according to the game provider's stated malfunction policy. gpreya is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Any game result that is visibly and verifiably erroneous — such as a jackpot payout resulting from a clear software error — may be voided by gpreya after investigation. Winnings generated from manifest errors will not be paid.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gpreya platform. Engaging in any of the listed activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may result in a report being filed with Philippine law enforcement or gaming regulatory authorities:

• Creating more than one account on gpreya or accessing the platform through accounts belonging to other persons
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any other stage of the account relationship
• Using the gpreya platform to launder money, process proceeds of criminal activity, or circumvent any financial reporting obligation
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated methods to place bets, manipulate outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions in any gpreya game or platform feature — any such exploits must be reported to gpreya support immediately; exploiting without reporting is treated as a violation
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with gpreya employees to manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in any form of credit card fraud, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or unauthorised use of another person's payment method
• Accessing gpreya from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law
• Attempting to circumvent account closures, bans, or restrictions by registering under a different identity

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the gpreya platform — including but not limited to the gpreya brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, user interface elements, promotional materials, and written content — is owned by or licensed to gpreya. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in gpreya's intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any gpreya content without the prior written consent of gpreya. Unauthorised use of gpreya's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

Game content displayed on gpreya's platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (e.g., JILI, Pragmatic Play, Evolution) and is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights. gpreya holds licences to distribute this content to Philippine players but does not claim ownership of third-party game assets.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gpreya's total liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the gpreya platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall be limited to the net deposits made by you to your gpreya account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gpreya shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of business opportunity
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues affecting the gpreya platform or any third-party payment provider
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their gpreya account credentials
• Any loss or damage arising from the player's reliance on information provided on the gpreya platform

Nothing in this section shall limit gpreya's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11. Responsible Gaming

gpreya is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on its platform. We believe that gambling should be an entertaining leisure activity and never a means of generating income or escaping personal difficulties. The following responsible gaming provisions form an integral part of these Terms:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their gpreya accounts at any time via the account dashboard. Once set, reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum daily session time limits. Upon reaching the limit, the player will be logged out automatically and cannot log back in for the remainder of that day.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic reality check notifications that remind them how long they have been playing during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is deactivated and no marketing communications will be sent. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 30 days is available for players who wish to pause their gaming activity without committing to a full self-exclusion.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

gpreya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8
• A request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority
• At the player's own request (voluntary account closure)

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, gpreya reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach — particularly involving fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse — the balance may be forfeited in full. Where the account is closed for reasons not attributable to player fault, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

13. Amendments to These Terms

gpreya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gpreya will notify registered players via email to the address on file or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the gpreya platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using gpreya and may request account closure by contacting gpreya's support team.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the gpreya platform shall first be referred to gpreya's customer support team for informal resolution. gpreya is committed to resolving player disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised with gpreya's support team, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial authority with jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute.

You agree that any claim or cause of action you bring against gpreya must be commenced within one (1) year of the date on which the claim arose. Claims not commenced within this period are permanently barred.
